Choir News

St. Anthony Choir

Adult Choir

Saint Anthony Church has enjoyed a reputation of excellent music for many years. The Sunday Mass at 10:30 AM is celebrated with The Adult Choir. Every Sunday the choir rehearses at 9:00 AM in the choir room which is on the second floor of the Rose Miniachi Fine Arts Building.

We enjoy singing the works of the great masters of sacred music rich in Catholic tradition as well as newer literature. New members are always welcome. While many of the choir membership reads music it is by no means necessary. Our emphasis is on good musical quality. Music ministry is a most rewarding avenue of Christian service. Children's Choirs

Cherub Choir: Saint Anthony Cherub Choir features the beautiful voices of first thru third graders. Rehearsal is held every Wednesday from 2:45 to 3:30 p.m. in the Music Room. The Choir sings at the first Sunday of every month at the 9:00 a.m. Mass. The fifth Sunday of the month the Cherub and Chorister Choirs will sing together. Cherub Choir Mass Schedule

Chorister Choir: Saint Anthony Chorister Choir features the beautiful voices of fourth thru seventh graders. Rehearsal is held every Thursday from 2:45 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. in the Music Room. The Choir sings for the second, third, and fourth Sundays of each month at the 9:00 a.m. Mass. The fifth Sunday of the month the Cherub and Chorister Choirs will sing together. Bell Choir: Saint Anthony Bell Choir will play for the annual Christmas Program and also for the Sunday 9:00 a.m. Mass once a month. Rehearsals will be held every Tuesday from 2:45 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. in the Music Room. The Choir will ring the bells for some of the First Friday School Masses also. Bell Choir Mass Schedule

Teen Choir: Saint Anthony Teen Choir features the beautiful voices of eighth thru twelfth graders. Rehearsal is held every Wednesday from 6:00 p.m. to 6:45 p.m. in the Music Room. The Choir sings for the first Sunday of each month for the 5:30 p.m. Mass. This is also a great way to receive service hours for school.
