The Saint Anthony Finance Committee is a group of individuals with expertise in the financial and management field, selected by the Pastor whose purpose is to act in an advisory capacity on matters related to budgeting, financial monitoring, and financial analysis.
Specific tasks include:
- Assisting in development of the annual budget
- Monitoring the budget and financial actual on a quarterly basis
- Monitoring accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Assisting the business office with the preparation of annual financial reports
The Committee meets quarterly.
Committee members will serve for intervals based on the needs and best interests of the Parish as determined by the Pastor.
